Opinion City Review: Is Opinion City Worth Using in 2020?

Hello, and welcome to this opinion city review.

If you are trying to find out if this is one platform that is worth working with in terms of going the route of paid surveys, then, you have come to the right place.

For the short of it, and my personal opinion on surveys generally; If you are looking to earn a good amount every month, then paid surveys just would not do it.

Paid Surveys don’t pay a lot of money, no matter how much time you invest in the endeavor.

Only try out surveys, if you have the time to spare, and you are looking to make a few dollars, and not get rich.

There are better ways to make way more from your online efforts, and we would get into it a bit, just before we close off this article.

In the meantime, you can hit up Wealthy Affiliate, to learn all about more profitable ways to make money online.

With all that begin said, let us get into why we have all gathered here today; a hands-on Opinion city review.

What is Opinion City?

Opinion city review

Opinion city isn’t a paid survey website like most people would tell you it is; rather, they are a survey aggregator website.

What this means, is that opinion city doesn’t carry any of their own surveys on their website; rather, they connect people like you and I with other survey websites, where you can take paid surveys and make some extra dollars daily.

Why do They Even Bother when They Don’t Have Their Own Surveys?

Opinion city, and other websites like it do not carry their own surveys; they get paid to connect you with paid survey sites.

They do Pay per lead affiliate marketing on a massive scale.

Each time you sign up to any of the survey websites recommended by the Opinion city website to you, they get paid a commission.

They aren’t doing all the work of finding, and collecting a bunch of paid survey sites in one place, for you to have easy access to out of the goodness of their hearts.

How to Sign Up on The Opinion City Website

Opinion city review

All that Opinion city requires from you during the sign-up process, is your name, and email.

To proceed with the sign-up process, you would be required to pick between bonus surveys or paid surveys.

Afterwards, you would be presented with a wide variety of survey options.

It is important to note that for each survey website you decide to go with, you would be required to take up their own sign up process in addition to the overall signing up you already did.

Now that we have the basics of this Opinion city review down, let us get into the pros and cons aspect of this Opinion city review.

Pros of Using Opinion City

They do some of the work for you

If you couldn’t be bothered with searching the internet for paid survey websites to sign up to, you could use Opinion city to find a good concentration of paid survey websites.

So, in that regard, they do some of the work for you.

They find, and help you connect with as many survey websites as you would like.

Yep folks, that’s it, that is literally the only pro of using the Opinion city website I can think of.

That being said, lets head over to the con side of this Opinion city review.

Cons of Using Opinion City

1. The website is like something out of a nightmare

Listen, here; I am not even asking for perfection.

Just an easy to navigate website user interface would be swell.

Unfortunately, the Opinion city website isn’t quite up to standard, in my opinion.

Also, this is my opinion only, as many people do not seem to mind the mind boggling state of the website.

If you literally exited your browser, you would have to remove the email you previously signed up with from their database, and totally sign up afresh, or you sign up with a new email.

They have no login feature in 2020!

Honestly, I have no words!

Like, what the heck?!

I mean, this is one of the things that I don’t get about the Opinion city platform.

They are literally a platform that only makes money when they get people to sign up to paid survey websites, but somehow, they couldn’t be bothered with making the website a little easier to use?

Well, I don’t know where they get that excellent quality confidence from, but it’s obviously working for them.

Loads and loads more people still use Opinion city to connect with survey sites till this day.

2. They have the tendency of leading you to the dark side

Before we talk about this, I would like to say that the Opinion city platform has no direct part to play here, as they only connect you with these shady survey websites.

The Opinion city platform does make some big, bold claims, and one of those claims include only connecting survey takers with legit paid survey websites.

They claim that they thoroughly vet all the paid survey websites they connect you to.

This I have found to be untrue, and I bet other people would tell you the same.

So many people have come in contact with lots of scam survey websites via the Opinion city platform, and trust me when I say that it isn’t pretty.

If you aren’t scammed out of the so-called money you made from taking their surveys, you are asked for your bank info, driver’s license, and stuff like that to win this prize, or that.

The latter usually leads to your bank account getting wiped, or your identity stolen.

Oh yes, there have been claims of these issues begin resolved eventually, but it does take forever to happen, and it would be one heck of a terrible experience for anyone it happens to.

Like I stated earlier, the Opinion city platform has no hand in these scams, they only enable it knowingly or unknowingly, by saying they thoroughly vet these survey websites before they list them on their platform, when they don’t.

This lie they tell is quite dangerous for people who probably don’t know of these scams, and it drives me quite mad.

That being said, I am in no way saying that every single survey site listed on the Opinion city platform is a scam.

Some people have had some luck with finding authentic paid survey websites on the platform.

3. Nothing substantial what so ever about them

It doesn’t take a lot to try and make your business seem you know, not too shady, but when it comes to Opinion city, they apparently don’t care what you think of them.

You can’t find any substantial information about them anywhere.

Not on their website, and definitely anywhere else on the internet.

I mean yeah, doing a deep dive on the platform list’s some bogus address in their terms and conditions page, and that’s it.

Thing is, this address is nothing but a proxy address (forgive my lingo).

If you were to send them mail, just know that it would get dropped off at this address, as it is only a mail forwarding address.

But when it comes to coming face to face with anyone who works with or for the Opinion city platform, you would be mighty disappointed.

And get this, they didn’t even bother with putting together an about us page.

I honestly don’t know what to tell you.

If you were to ask me what their deal was at Opinion city, in regards to their remarkable level of nonchalance, I would have no answers for you.

4. Yet another outrageous claim

Opinion city

In addition to claiming that they only connect you with legit websites, they also swear that they help their users make at least $500 a week!

The first time I read that, I really did let out a laugh.

I mean, anyone who has been taking paid surveys a while would find that hilarious as well.

Now, don’t get me wrong, some surveys do pay up to $100 per survey, but they are very few, and are usually full-on research websites.

That being said, the most you can earn taking surveys to earn money, would not make more than just a few dollars a day.

The above has nothing to do with how hard or not you work at it.

It’s just how these things are.

Paid surveys just don’t pay you substantial amount of money.

The hours you would put in a day to try and make the amount substantial, would be better spent doing something else, like try your hands at an actual job.

Another reason why this claim by Opinion city is hilarious, is because of the large number of low-quality survey websites they recommend to you.

I mean, some of these survey websites they recommend still have pending cases of not being able to pay the people who take their surveys, but somehow, the Opinion city platform has no problem promoting them still.

My Take on The Issue? Honestly?

Well, if you really want to know, I would give it to you straight, I have tried out Opinion city and other platforms like this, and I would honestly not recommend it or them.

I think that they are better ways to make money than investing loads of time taking paid surveys, but let us say that you really enjoy taking surveys, and still want to go ahead with paid survey websites.

I would recommend that you go with Swagbucks or other survey websites like Swagbucks.

By doing this, you would come up with more than a handful of survey websites that are way better than those websites Opinion city platform would typically recommend to you.

Now, if you are interested in the better ways you could invest your time in order to make an insane amount of money as I stated earlier, then I can tell you two excellent ways off of the top of my head.

Affiliate marketing

When it comes to a very sustainable way of earning a living online, and making a substantial amount as well, my first recommendation would always be affiliate marketing.

I could go on and on about just how amazing affiliate marketing is, or even try to explain it in a few words, but, if you head over to Wealthy Affiliate, you would learn all you need to know about affiliate marketing for free.

You could even begin to make money as soon as you begin implementing all you have learned.

They even touch on blogging as well, and how you can make money from it.

Writing an eBook

Believe me when I say that there are tons of people on the internet looking to learn that skill of yours, and pay you are a good sum for it too.

Writing an authentic eBook loaded with value is an excellent way to earn money online, and you can find out the right eBook writing strategy to take right here.

You can as well simply make eBooks to promote affiliate links and earn affiliate commissions without writing the content with tools such as Designr.

There are a lot more ways to make money online, that would make it worth your while, way more than taking surveys would, but writing eBooks, and affiliate marketing are my favorites.

Try them out if you can, who knows, you might like it.
